Orders and Shipping
Once domestic orders have shipped, and depending on shipping carrier selected (e.g., USPS, UPS), orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Click “My Account” at the top-right corner of Home page and follow the instructions to create an account.
You can change a shipping address within 60 minutes of placing your order. In the event that you require a complete change in your shipping address information, please contact us immediately so that we can either attempt to cancel the order or request a “return to sender.” That way, you can place a new order using the updated address.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. You may also review your order and download your invoice from the “Order History” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account” on our website.
No! Even with our strict security measures in place, storing your credit card information online will put you at an increased risk of your card information being stolen. While it may be inconvenient at times, it is best to manually enter your card information when you make a purchase to reduces the chance of it being compromised.
Currently, we do not collect sales tax on purchases from for out-of-state residents. We do however collect sales tax on all purchases from Arizona residents.

Magnacor Mfg. will happily ship your purchase worldwide. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped every weekday at 4 pm Mountain time, excluding holidays.
Generally, Yes. However, split shipments happen for a variety of reasons, to include, but not limited to, having inventory stored in different locations, back-orders, or custom made products.
Yes. For credit card verification and security, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Our payment provider Authorize.net will block payments for which the customer-entered zip/postal code does not match the code on file with the card-issuing bank.
If you need to return or exchange an item
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our website, magnacormfg.com. For purchases made at other online or brick & mortar stores, please contact the retailer that you purchased from, and they should be happy to help you with a return or exchange.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently. When you contact us, please include your order number, and a clear photograph of the item you received, including logo.
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. We also understand that sometimes, things happen in transit. While this can be frustrating, please be assured that we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Support team at support@magnacormfg.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, detailed photos of the damage or defect, and the packaging.

If you wish to purchase an item that is “Out of Stock”, we encourage you to take advantage of being notified when the item becomes available again. To do this, enter your email address under “Notify me when the item is back in stock”, on the specific product page and submit it. When the item becomes available, our system will notify you.
